Then fill out your order below. On the price, please use the
supplier's full price, if given on that web site. Then you can press SUBMIT to email
the order to Porcelain Addict.
Micke will contact you to confirm your order, give you
the final price after discounts, calculate shipping, and
get your credit card number. -OR- You can print the order form and fax it to Micke
at 775-206-0687. Again, she will call you to confirm the order, give you the final
price after the discounts have been applied, and get your credit card number.
